I’m most effective when involved early and continuously, staying close through implementation and iteration. My contribution takes the form of hands-on building across design, development, and infrastructure, staying close to how decisions are shaped and carried forward.
I work alongside existing teams through sustained involvement, rather than isolated deliverables or advisory interventions. This continuity prevents responsibility from fragmenting across roles, phases, or handoffs.
